I work at National Dance Company Wales as a dance artist and Learning Lead dancer, leading the Associates programme as maternity cover.

I've recently choreographed a new piece for five dancers called 'Moving is everywhere, forever' with music by my good friends Larch, and it will premiere in Cardiff at the end of July for an outdoor tour around Wales throughout summer, with more indoor shows to follow in autumn. Show dates and tickets are on the NDCWales website with the first shows (premiere!!!) being 6 & 7 August at Chapter Arts Centre in Cardiff.

It's been fantastic and I am in love with everything and everyone surrounding this new creation.

I will also be performing in the second piece in the programme, called "Why are people clapping?!" by my colleague Ed Myhill.

I have been meaning to continue work on my podcast Why Dance. I haven't had the time to focus on that recently. I'm collaborating with a filmmaker at the moment to work on a video project stemming from the concept of Why Dance.
